Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop job manuals, training materials, and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Oversee the HR team and provide necessary support and guidance to team members in all locations.
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Investigate employee issues and adopt conflict resolution strategies.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Manage and Oversee Employee welfare and terminal benefits.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
- HR certification is a plus
