      Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Develop job manuals, training materials, and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Oversee the HR team and provide necessary support and guidance to team members in all locations.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Investigate employee issues and adopt conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Manage and Oversee Employee welfare and terminal benefits.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
  • HR certification is a plus
